Summer break! yeaaaa

Lol haven't update for so long
Time goes really fast eh? I've completed my 1st year at Sheridan already, and learned a lot of things :)
Soo..the plan for this summer is to learn and train to be a better artist!Well....Also games, movie, anime and stuff... XP I'm going to post more often now that I have the time :3

Been really busy nowadays because of school... lately i've been feeling tired and not been able to do my own artwork besides homework and some studies/exercise T_T
BUT I'm going to get moar time next week! Gonna do some artwork that makes me happy! XD yosh! School is almost over too! ohohoho

Hi thurr 2012~

Haluuu~ got back to painting today after having social life for 2 weeks hahahaha

I'm trying to do studies from the old master and stumbled upon one interesting potrait by John Singer Sargent,, but It gets boring to just copy,, so I modify the hair and dress to be more cotemporary :3
I still need to work on recognizing colour! tempted few times to just use eyedropper tool..but naahh, it defeats the purpose and I'll end up just copying :X

oh yeaa~ I got a new laptop last friday :3 my old one was busted X( with this I can start playing games again~ hohoho so happy, been trying out skyrim and assasins creed now, and going to get bastion soon!

ohohoho so happy~ yesterday  after going home late I found a box of wacom intuos 4 on my living room!
Now I can start learning digital painting for this winter break ^^

digipainting is so fun~ but noooo... I got carried away and ended up just painting portraits again instead of doing studies and looking at reference lolol

For this winter break I made this list of things that I should study and improve on. hmm... lots of things..Anatomy, layouts, painting, etc 

although at times it seems a little bit intimidating to learn something new, but I have to overcome them in order to become better! fast! X)

time to grab some tutorial books~ any recomendation?
